When I found out that Darren Rowse of ProBlogger.net was running his ProBlogger Training Event again this year, I was immediately excited. The seminars, the training and the networking at this event is second-to-none in the blogging / social media space.
When Darren first put the call out on Twitter in 2010, asking his network if they would be interested in a training day, he was overwhelmed with interest. A few short weeks later, speakers and guests were all converging on Melbourne and 150 of us crammed into the JIKA Conference Centre in Fairfield for what would (obviously become) the Annual ProBlogger Conference.
Initially disappointed that I would not be able to attend due to tickets having sold out prior to my starting at Rocket, I was over the moon last Friday night when I managed to snare a rogue ticket that was being sold by an attendee that could no longer make it.
(Thanks to @littleaustravlr for the ticket!)
So this week has been a mad scramble to ensure that my loose ends have been tidied up, my note-taking materials (digital and analogue!) are ready to be packed up and my best foot is pointed forward!
If you’re coming along, why not drop a comment below so we can meet up on the days and say hi? (If you missed out on a ticket, you can still get a Virtual Pass and receive an amazing collection of files that will greatly assist your blogging endeavours!)
